Client Relations: • Welcome and assist clients, fostering a positive and inviting environment. • Address client concerns promptly and resolve issues or complaints. • Promote and recommend salon services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue. Inventory Control: • Manage inventory of nail care products, tools, and salon supplies. • Order and replenish supplies, optimizing costs and minimizing waste. Financial Administration: • Monitor daily sales, manage cash registers, and maintain accurate records. • Develop and oversee the salon's budget, striving to meet financial goals. Hygiene and Compliance: • Ensure the salon complies with health and safety regulations. • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards for equipment and workstations. Promotion and Marketing: • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional initiatives. • Foster customer retention and attract new clients to the salon. Facility Maintenance: • Supervise the upkeep and repairs of salon facilities and equipment. • Coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed.

• Preferred: NVQ Level 5 Beauty Therapy or equivalent. • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Knowledgeable in nail care techniques, products, and trends. • Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Basic financial management and budgeting knowledge. • Proficient computer skills for scheduling and inventory management. • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the beauty industry. • Proficiency in Vietnamese is advantageous.
