Responsibilities

  • Alignment with key stakeholders on business value creation

  • Facilitate the processes related to the completion of tasks and the identification of dependencies with other teams
  • Coach product owners on backlog management and user story writing and splitting

  • Demonstrate an attitude of empowerment to create leadership at all levels
  • The Business Process Transformation Lead role is a key part of the Radical Simplification and Automation (RSA) team who are accountable for transforming the Vodafone UK (VFUK) end to end process to a lean / simpler and effective digitalised and automated process organisation. Typically in large corporates, over many years steps are added to processes resulting in time consuming, ineffective and costly processes and the RSA team are a key team within Vodafone when it comes to counteracting that.
  • The Business Process Transformation Lead will guide and enable the Business Process Architect, Data Analytics, Automation Consultant, SME's and Process Owner to radically eliminate steps from the process, create a simple fit for purpose and cost-effective process and implementing automation where possible. Importantly, the Transformation Lead is also accountable to coach the Process Owner and SME's involved in the end to end processes to achieve to the desired outcome. An objective of working in this way is to instil the organization to adopt the RSA methodology to be able to do continues improvement on the transformed process. Key accountabilities include:

What you'll do

Who you are



  • Experienced business process transformation professional

  • Able to combine business transformation expertise with strong delivery and stakeholder skills

  • Telecommunications experience is highly desirable

  • Familiar with working in an Agile environment

  • A Lean Six Sigma background, and/or some of the following: Prosci, PMP, PRINCE2

  • Excellent influencing and presentation skills at a senior level
