Responsibilities
- Administer the payroll, taxes, and benefits/perks using People HR Software
- Administer the grievance process, conduct exit meetings, with a view to protect the brands.
- HR Transaction management: Onboarding Hiring, Transfer, Promotion and exit management, etc.
- Take accountability for ensuring a timely and quality resolution for all inquiries.
- Employee wellness tasks for clients includes job security, financial security, health, support, protection and work/life balance issues.
- Perform onboardings and update records as a part of the onboarding process.
- Support the HR Manager for all internal and external HR related projects and day to day tasks.
- Produce and submit report on general HR Activity.
- Keep up to date with latest HR trends and best practices.
Skills used at work
- A keen interest to learn about people policies and procedures.
- Excellent, clear and timely communication both written and verbal.
- Must be capable of daily planning, self-management and self-motivated
- Persistence and reliance will be required in this role.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
