    As a Process Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to provide the technical engineering support for manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure delivery of clinical and development supplies.

    This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include the following:

    • Lead team to support in the delivery of clinical or development supplies compliant with high quality and safety standards for operations, equipment, and facilities.
    • Manage team of engineers responsible for implementation, commissioning, & troubleshooting of process and analytical equipment, instrumentation, and automation.
    • Maintain and improve manufacturing capability through efficient deployment of resources and strategic investment.
    • Provide oversight to the tactical engineering activities to ensure equipment, facilities and utilities are maintained in a qualified state, adhering to all GSK safety guidelines and procedures.
    • Creates, updates, reviews and approves procedures, investigations, and other controlled documentation.

    Ensure the consistent and sustainable application of continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost effectiveness

    Basic Qualifications:

    We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline, area of specialization is Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical).
    • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical Process Engineering.
    • Experience in pharmaceutical processing equipment, aseptic processing, and filling operations.
    • Experience in project engineering involving the design, construction, and qualification of manufacturing facilities and equipment.
    • Experience in process safety, process hazard analysis and application of Regulatory Requirements

    Preferred Qualifications:

    If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

    • Master's degree in engineering discipline.
    • Experience in Aseptic/ Sterile Manufacturing
    • Strong technical writing skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
