    We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR Project Manager to join our Global Banking & Markets HR Consultancy team. You'll play pivotal role, supporting and leading a variety of people project initiatives across GB&M, with an emphasis on Merger and Acquisitions (M&A), Transformation and Organisation Design.

    Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives.     In this role you will:

    • Manage the delivery of a variety of HR programmes proactively balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

    • Evidence of leading Mergers and Acquisitions project/activity, from a people perspective ideally across markets/geographies.

    • Have a track record of successful delivery of transformation, organisation design/structure, value stream and customer journey projects from design through to execution.

    • Be comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate the complexities of a global, matrix organisation across multiple geographies.

    • Have excellent stakeholder management skills, and able to communicate effectively to a varied stakeholder group.

    This role is based in: UK based with hybrid working.
