    Global Trade and Receivables Finance comprises over 4,500 people across more than 60 countries, helping suppliers and buyers with their export and import finance needs. Trade is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia.

    We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join a small team looking after some of our largest global Clients. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and expand your knowledge of the different products available in GTRF.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Delivering high quality customer driven service to ensure Client service levels are delivered in line with our Global service proposition

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

    • Good understanding of Receivables Finance (RF) products and systems, and invoice discounting

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Sales Ledger reconciliation, accounting or credit control skills

    • PC literate with knowledge of Excel being an advantage

    • A team player

    • Self-motivated to achieve results and accomplish objectives

    • An absolute commitment to service of high quality

    • Ability to constructively challenge and embrace change

    The base location for this role is Worthing operating a Hybrid working model.
