  • Directs, facilitates and ensures transformation programme work streams create plans / activities that enable delivery of the programme
  • Development of KPIs and associated performance reporting mechanisms to enable measurement of procurement improvement
  • Manages and facilitates challenges and dependencies between various Business Units, works streams and other internal projects as required
  • Ensures effective resource management is undertaken so that workstreams are resourced with the required and relevant expertise
  • Ensure integration of sustainability into procurement processes and practices

    Salary: £71,000+ dependent of skills and experience

    What you'll be doing:

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential

    • A background in Transformative projects & activity, project management and change management
    • An ability to influence multiple stakeholders at different levels across the organisation up to and including Director
    • Ability to translate complex procurement guidance into simple, straightforward and practical comms
    • Proven ability to manage change/transformation programmes
    • Proven ability to integrate change into business as usual.
    • Project Management skills
