Responsibilities

  • All reporting including ROI delivery from marketing investment
  • As Product Marketing Lead you will support your own product community, as well as managing and coaching other marketeers to deliver:
  • Strategic and tactical marketing campaigns to drive awareness and consideration of your portfolio's product and propositions to attract new customers
  • Collaboration opportunities with third parties to leverage Vodafone's many partnerships to amplify the reach of your porfolio
  • Create and activate content that will drive a commercial outcome for the portfolio you are aligned to
  • Collaborate with digital to ensure that .co.uk is an effective hub for your product portfolio and a seamless journey for our customers
  • All activities will require working cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, Propositions, Social, PR. GTM, Group, Demand Generation, Data, Digital & Transformation and with external agencies.
  • Deliver a marketing plan with an optimal mix of content, events, thought leadership and customer stories that position Vodafone as the provider of choice for a distinct product portfolio
  • Drive the delivery of best-in-class marketing campaigns and initiatives that support the growth of your portfolio
  • Manage an effective marketing team, driving a high performing culture
  • Set key objectives for the marketing plan and activities, continually measuring their effectiveness and results to drive clear insight and ROI

    Location: Newbury or London (Hybrid*)
    Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
    Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

    Who you are


    This is a fast-paced and demanding environment, with multiple senior stakeholders and engagement across Vodafone Business. We are a team that encourage new ideas, share best practice and work collaboratively to remain focussed on delivering the right outputs for the right audiences.



    • Confident and strong communicator who can influence with ease and can work in a constantly changing environment

    • Ability to translate business vision and strategy into a fully integrated marketing plan

    • Ability to translate often complex ideas into a language easily understandable by our customers

    • Strong understanding and experience of the full marketing mix and the principles of brand, customer targeting and insights

    • Ability to work in a matrix organisation and experience of multiple stakeholder management, including managing agencies
