    About this opportunity

At Lloyds Banking Group we're transforming our marketing – embracing the latest technologies whilst investing heavily in our systems, capabilities and people. We're aiming to lead the industry sector in Digital Marketing, especially in the field of highly targeted and personalised communications.

We're entering an exciting chapter for the activation and management of our paid digital campaigns. With a single unified team across LBG and our media agency Zenith, we're set up for a day-to-day culture of delivering best practice and impactful optimisation. This unified approach also influences our management, reporting and analyse; working collaboratively as part of a fully integrated team.

    • Promoting, refining and documenting best practice.
    • Documenting and sharing impactful optimisations through PowerPoint with the immediate and wider team

You'll be a key part of an enabling performance culture - “Think customer”. “Try it, do it” and get the opportunity to inform the development of new conversion capabilities as they come on board. We'll give you an energising environment where you can work at pace and contribute to our making the best prioritisation calls gleaned from the data insights we can provide.

    What you'll need

    • Self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
    • You'll have a background in successfully implementing social media campaigns with a thorough understanding of the intricacies of different social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X & Reddit)
    • You'll have a detailed knowledge of performance drivers within the social channel, and have used analysis to optimise activity and drive performance.
    • You'll have experience of specific creative ad formats for each Social channel, and their requirements to meet best practice
    • Accurate, clear and concise communication (written and verbal)
    • Attention to detail
    • Positive and proactive attitude
    • Reliable and organised

Our focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms. We want our people to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity or culture.

We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer initiative.

And it's why we especially welcome applications from under-represented groups. We're disability confident. So if you'd like reasonable adjustments to be made to our recruitment processes, just let us know.

We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes:

    • A generous pension contribution of up to 15%
    • An annual bonus award, subject to Group performance
    • Share schemes including free shares
    • Benefits you can adapt to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping
    • 30 days' holiday, with bank holidays on top
