  • Plan and deliver communications such as emails, webinars (drawing in experts to provide content),events, and bespoke training sessions designed to inspire and engage our client development community

  • Liaising with colleagues and stakeholders across Deloitte to achieve results across the above areas
  • Assessing and developing new activities to enhance the CRE and CAM community including initiatives to share best practice, including leading the Programmes ‘Communities of Practice' initiative, aligned to the firms Strategic Growth Opportunities (SGOs)
  • Building your own networks, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders including the CREs, CAMs, industry teams, offshore support team and business line teams to ensure connectivity across the business and identifying ways to better support the CREs in their roles and promote their impact
  • Collate and curate stories of impact from across the programme to demonstrate ROI and articulate where CREs and CAMs are supporting clients in moments that matter

    The role is aligned to support our growing Government and Public Services (G&PS) business, with a particular focus on the Defence, Health and Central Government sectors, and to provide operational support to Client Relationship Executives (CREs) and Client Account Managers (CAMs) working on the industry's priority accounts. This is a key role in ensuring the success of the account support provided to G&PS.

    You will be part of the Client Relationship Programme aligned to our G&PS industry and carry out key activities to support a growing and business-critical team. Provide operational support to Client Relationship Executives (CREs) working on the industry's priority accounts.

    We are looking for candidates that have a strong set of presentation and analytical skills namely :

    Essential

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Experience in presenting findings with compelling visualisation and logical structure
    • Excellent business writing and/or report writing skills
    • Excellent project management skills, with a strong track record of executing projects and initiatives to tight deadlines
    • Experience managing large volumes of data – effectively cleansing, reconciling, manipulating and analysing
    • Excellent communication skills, should be able to present findings concisely and engage leadership
    • Excellent stakeholder management, in particular should be able to upwards manage upwards effectively
    • Currently hold an SC or DV level clearance, or are eligible and willing to obtain this

    Desirable

    • Proficiency using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Qlik or Tableau
    • Strong understanding of government and public sector industry
    • Experience providing account operational and administrative support as highlighted in key responsibilities
    • Understanding of the firm's key operational and financial performance metrics, and their drivers
    • Familiarity with the firm's structures and reporting systems
    • Good knowledge and of databases / public sources of information, and industry specific sources
    • Prior experience in report writing for senior management and/or external publications is an added advantage
