Responsibilities

  • This is a customer facing position -whilst this role is desk based, customer facing activity via multi- channels is essential.

  • Vodafone in Health has been created as a unique sector vertical, across the public, private and third sectors, recognising the potential to accelerate Vodafone's propositions into Health. The team covers England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
  • Healthcare systems across the UK are under pressure from increasing demand and scarce resources. Digitisation and innovation through technolog present an opportunity for structural change and efficiencies . Vodafone Business is looking to support the sector through its market offering(s) with the opportunity to generate substantial incremental revenue growth and contribute to Vodafone's Digital Society ambitions in improving citizens' access to, and outcomes from, Healthcare.
  • The purpose of the role is to support and help the Health Sales team in the customer experience. This may range from supporting the navigation of an issue raised with Account Managers and how it is resolved within Vodafone, through to elements of bid management and sales support. The role is a great introduction into the sales environment and it is customer facing, enabling the Health team to build and grow the revenue base whilst providing best value to the customer.
  • Proactively managing of a high number of low volume customer accounts.
  • Focusing on retaining existing revenues relating to the foundation products/services currently provided.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell the wider Vodafone portfolio.
  • Working closely with the Health South team and peer in the Health North team and provide day-to-day activities essential to the selling effort.
  • Part of a team responsible for developing larger strategic opportunities.
  • Building relationships with Vodafone support agencies to ensure that customer service operations meet expectations - driving improvements in customer satisfaction and customer experience.
  • Managing workflows across wider Vodafone teams to assure timely resolution of queries/ requests.
