    What you'll do


    Join our team as the Senior Manager TPO!


    The Senior TPO Portfolio Lead manages the technology portfolio strategy, roadmap, and the ongoing simplification and CX/service improvement for various globally deployed SDN products/platforms. You will work closely with the portfolio lead in VB Products and Services, SDN Domain Lead, TPLs, Development leads local market product leads & vendors to define a 12 – 18 month product development roadmap, working with the operations identify opportunities for CX/service improvements to be prioritised into respective product backlogs & identify and drive cost reduction/simplification opportunities across the portfolio.
    In addition, you will also lead a team of experienced SDN Technology Product Owners driving the yearly impact goal alignment, career conversations, personal development plans and day to day escalations.


    Who you are


    Strategic Leader:
    You possess a strategic mindset, capable of driving alignment on portfolio strategy, key objectives, and roadmap for technology investments over a 12-18 month period. Your decisions shape the direction of the technology portfolio, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and market demands.


    Experienced Manager:
    With your background in managing product managers/owners and leading product development projects, you bring extensive managerial experience to the role. You excel in team leadership, allocation management, and fostering engagement within the organization.


    Technology Expert:
    Your understanding of Enterprise Fixed Connectivity Products/Technologies, including SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and NFVI/virtualization, is comprehensive. You have experience in scaled SDN product development projects, enabling you to effectively drive tech strategy and ensure quality requirements in delivery.


    Customer-Centric Approach:
    You prioritize customer satisfaction by incorporating customer co-creation in defining capabilities and features. Your ability to relate technology solutions to portfolio outcomes demonstrates your focus on delivering value to customers while meeting business objectives.
