    The purpose of the EA is to provide a high quality administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director of Unsecured Lending and the Head of Portfolio, Unsecured Lending and to assist with the management of the high volume of e-mails and take full responsibility for diary management to ensure deadlines are met.

    In this role you will:

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

    • Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Secretarial background is preferable within a financial services environment with diary management experience
    • Relationship management with senior stakeholders, collaboration and influencing skills
    • Proficient in IT, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, HR Direct and in-house systems
    • Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience.
    • Supported project team/managers, showing an understanding of the basic principles of project management
    • Outstanding planning and organisation skills – dealing with multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure
    • Ability to multi-task, and manage completing priorities and agenda

    This role is based in London.
