    Why this job matters

    As an Engineer Resource Controller you will ensure that the Field Engineer team is optimally matched to meet provisions, as well as fault and project demands. You will provide real time support to Field teams, Project teams and other customer facing units, ensuring they all meet their service targets. Your main responsibility will be to optimise work allocation and distribution up to 5 days out, utilising the allocations system.

    What you'll be doing

    The skills you'll need

    • Problem solving, be logical and methodical.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office is essential, along with good written and verbal communication.
    • Previous experience as a resource controller or similar.
    • Multi-tasking and working under pressure.
    • Product Knowledge is desirable.
