    What you'll be doing:

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    • Time served tradesperson or strong technical qualification supported by relevant experience from a similar Manufacturing/Production environment
    • Knowledge of Manufacturing business including strategy, plans, key objectives, milestones and their dependencies
    • Exposure or knowledge on Electrical Boat
    • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement

    Desirable:

    • Use of SAP
    • Use of Microsoft Packages

    The Operations Team:

    The team is made up of various trade specific Operations Leads and their role is to ensure that the boat is as build friendly as possible so it can be built to the planned schedule. You will be working alongside their peers and you will be interacting with a range of different teams such as Engineering, Designers, Project, Planners, Test and Commissioning, Major Area Integration Teams (MAITs) and the Facilities Team. Joining this team offers developmental prospects and progression opportunities into Managerial or Trade Lead roles.
