To do this, we invest in outstanding people. We build teams of future thinkers, with diverse talents and backgrounds, and empower them all to reach for and achieve more.

What brings us all together at Deloitte? It's how we approach the thousands of decisions we make every day. How we behave, our beliefs and our attitudes. In other words: our values. Connect to your opportunity

As a Data Visualisation and Insights Manager, your primary responsibility will be to bring people data to life through data visualisations that effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will analyse and interpret data to identify trends and patterns, and create compelling data-driven stories that drive better employee experiences and better business outcomes.

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and create custom visualisations that meet those needs. This includes visualising data related to diversity, employee performance, engagement, retention, and more. By creating compelling visualisations, you will help stakeholders better understand and interpret complex people data, enabling them to make more informed decisions.

For example, you may create a report that visualises employee engagement data, highlighting key trends and patterns across different departments, teams or demographic groups. You may also create visualisations that help identify factors that contribute to employee turnover, such as low job satisfaction or a lack of career development opportunities. By presenting this data in a clear and concise way, you will enable stakeholders to take action to improve employee engagement and retention.

You will need to ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

Ultimately, your ability to bring people data to life through data visualisation will be critical to the effectiveness of the HR function. By creating compelling visualisations that communicate complex people data insights, you will help stakeholders make more informed decisions and drive better business outcomes and experiences for our people.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and experience working with people data. You should also have strong analytical and storytelling skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations and act as a ‘data storyteller' to bring actionable analysis to HR and senior leadership
    • Develop and maintain data visualizations that effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Work with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and create custom visualizations that meet those needs
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest data visualisation tools and techniques
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR
    • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
    • Create compelling data-driven stories that drive business outcomes

    Requirements:

    • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience working with people data – both operational and experiential
    • Knowledge of data protection regulations, including GDPR
    • Strong analytical and storytelling skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    Optional:

    • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView

The recruitment team will provide further detail as you progress through the recruitment process or you can contact the Independence team upon request.
