    As Senior Manager for Inclusion, you will co-create and deliver against a data-led D&I strategy and plan, bringing best practice approaches, aligning to Deloitte's People & Purpose Strategy and enabling Deloitte to deliver measurable progress against business objectives.

    As part of the Inclusion, Wellbeing & Employee Experience COE, and working alongside another Senior Manager for Inclusion, the successful candidate will ensure that our Diversity & Inclusion strategy is closely linked to our employee wellbeing and engagement strategy, and that all activity is in service of improving the holistic people experience. This will require strong collaboration across various departments, including HR, and the wider Firm.

    You will be a highly visible and collaborative leader who is able to inspire a wide range of stakeholders to align together towards a vision. You will be data-led, people-centric, and have a track record of delivering results.

    The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including:

    • Demonstrable experience of embedding inclusion strategy in complex environments, and ensuring inclusion is threaded through all activity
    • Experience of complex, matrix organisations
    • Ability to gather data from a variety of sources and provide effective infight and analysis to form credible conclusions and influence business units and the people strategy
    • Ability to influence at all levels, offering professional, up to date, pragmatic advice to leaders managers and peers
    • Ability to build strong relationships with all key business stakeholders (UK Exec, COOs, People and Purpose Partners, etc) and heads of HR to continually demonstrate the value and impact of diversity and inclusion.
    • Naturally builds strong relationships with others, demonstrating emotional intelligence and an ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
    • Strong critical thinking skills, and an ability to deal with ambiguity.

    Our hybrid working policy

    You'll be based in one of our UK locations with hybrid working. Our hybrid model enables our people to collaborate, connect and innovate in both a virtual and physical capacity. As well as remote working, you'll attend your local office, virtual collaboration spaces and client sites, depending on the requirements of the role.
