    Salary: £54,793 + depending on experience

    What you'll be doing:

    • Working closely with the Product Owners, Domain leads and other areas of the FCAS programme and UK & International partners to manage the programme enablers and successful delivery of an International Future Combat Air System.

    Your skills and experiences:

    • A good level of experience in managing the delivery of all sizes of projects drawing on all the Project Management skill sets
    • Experience working at an early phase of the lifecycle, dealing with volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity
    • Proven experience in the management of bid and proposal activity, compilation of multi domain Statement of Work inputs, estimate data and presentation of overall proposal
    • Proven stakeholder management abilities and demonstrated experience working across multiple functional areas, at a senior level internally, with partners and customers
    • A strong understanding of Commercial and Finance process and budget management capability
    • Strong analytical, research, communication and presentation skills
    • Experience in Team Leadership and people management, setting objectives to align with programme needs and personal development aspirations
    • Ideally professional PM Qualification (e.g. APM, PMQ)

    The Programme Integration team:

    As Programme Integration Lead, you will work closely with the Programme Integration Manager, Work Package 3 Product Owners, Domain leads, business & support function leads, other FCAS WP's and UK Partner representatives to manage the WP3 elements and aid successful delivery of an International Future Combat Air System.

    You will use your Project Management skills and experience to steer the Work Package 3 Enablers Programme to delivery in line with an agreed schedule, defined budget and with the resources required and deployed.
