    The Business Change Specialist executes a range of workstreams in delivering the design, development and implementation of policies, processes and working methods progressing the BT Group's change agility and capabilities.

    Network Services delivers and operates market-leading, premium products and services that leverage the power of our networks, and that are used by tens of millions of customers every day, including: voice, mobile, fibre broadband, TV, emergency services (including 999), as well as services for global enterprise customers, along with more than 95% of the UK's broadcast content via BT Tower in London.

    In the Transformation Team you'll be working with colleagues across Network Services to deliver transformation initiatives that will help achieve our business goals.

    What you'll be doing

    • Preparation of analysis and reporting for programme meetings.
    • Provide administration support for planning, action tracking and risk management.
    • Lead co-ordination of programme events and workshops.
    • Deliver transformation communications and storytelling.
    • Maintain the programme knowledge repository including training collateral.

    We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with a wide range of people, who has a great can-do attitude and focuses on driving valuable outcomes for our colleagues and customers.

    • A methodical approach to work with a strong focus on attention to detail.
    • Critical thinking; able to analyse, challenge and recommend content.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills; able to translate complex topics into simple and meaningful messages.
    • Ability to work successfully in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
