    The Industrial Collaboration team:

Industrial Collaboration (IC) has become a fundamental requirement and a key activity in support of main aircraft programme sales e.g., Typhoon sales into overseas customers. Looking forwards this will increase, with the nature of the collaboration opportunities shifting from direct “manufacturing solutions” which will increasingly be complemented with Engineering and Indirect opportunities, all of which will require Human Capital (Training and Skills) solutions. This is set against our increasing product portfolio including UAS's (Unmanned Air Systems), Electric Products etc., with a projected expansion from our traditional customer base.

This role will enable the selected candidate to gain a broad understanding of the business and contribute in both shaping the solutions as a member of the IC Senior Management Team and ensuring that the team's activities and requirements on the business are recognised and clearly articulated.
