    Job description

    • JOB TITLE: Workplace Experience Community Leaders co-ordinator
    • LOCATIONS: Bristol, Edinburgh, Halifax or Leeds
    • SALARY: £28,329 - £29,820
    • HOURS: Full Time
    • WORKING PATTERN: You'll be encouraged to work from one of our workplaces 2/3 times a week

    We're building a trailblazing workplace experience team, and we'll completely transform how we run our buildings.

    We're looking for customer centric people, that'll take ownership of LBG workplace experiences. You'll need to have passion for process improvement and be a workplace role model driving LBG culture within our workplaces.

    It's our goal to ensure our buildings are safe, secure, have a sense of community and are places that colleagues love to work.

    Responsibilities

    • Providing support to our Workplace Experience Managers, Workplace Community Leaders and Workplace Atmosphere squads to ensure they can be the best they can. Replying to queries they have, support the running of central forums, capturing actions and minutes, producing and providing guidance materials and packs to them, and arranging logistics for them
    • Answering central questions and queries from colleagues on all thing Workplace including leading the Workplace Experience mailbox, Teams & Viva feed ensuring colleagues get quick responses and all logistics are up to date,
    • Collating and driving all the workplace Community leader activities for North and South
    • Holding central calendar of all the Workplace Community leader activities and liasing with the Workplace Experience Managers to support with leadership meetings, requests and actions created from Workplace Community Leaders
    • Supporting on projects that drive better experiences and adoption of our workplaces that our Workplace Community Leaders will drive forward
    • Produce engaging, and clear communications intended to support leaders and wider communities and listening on viva engage to help support leaders
    • Arranging agendas, booking meetings and events, managing event accepts and providing other meeting and event logistical support, attending meetings, taking actions & minutes, keeping track of actions from multiple meetings and ensuring the Workplace Experience team follow through on these actions created from Workplace Community Leaders
    • Observing and understanding colleague struggles that are raised by community leaders and feeding back to team
    • Sourcing information internally and externally that could help drive a better overall workplace experience

    • You'll consistently apply an inclusive approach to work, showing care for other colleagues.
