  • Manage capability insertion into 3rd party factories in support of ongoing contracts
  • Co-ordinating effective and export compliant delivery of Hardware and Technical Documentation in support of the assigned project and sub-projects
  • Managing Initial Spares (IP) Package requirements, which includes demand verification, order placement with OEM and delivery process, to ensure IP Spares are in place at Saudi Industry once CI project has completed
  • Identifying and managing Risks and Opportunities to ensure Project delivery is in line with schedule, cost and quality expectations
  • Support the coordination of the regular Performance Review Meetings across all stakeholders/attendees, ensuring it is on time and effective, and present status update of assigned projects to Programme Manager(s)
  • Managing the transition and handover of the repair capabilities into the Recurring phase, ensuring all dependencies are in place

    What you'll be doing:

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential

    • Previous experience working within project delivery or other manufacturing/engineering delivery roles
    • Ability to present information to large groups of senior stakeholders
    • The role may involve some international travel throughout Europe and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and therefore the ability to operate independently and ethically within company policies is essential
    • The ability to manage virtual teams and resource
