Job Title: Production Enablement Project Officer

Salary: £45,326+ dependent of experience
What you'll be doing:
· Working in a broad diverse team across the US programmes manufacturing areas supporting and delivering the strategic development framework
· Support, develop and deploy improvement solutions that future proof the enablement of the manufacturing environments. Eg; Solving RCCA, introduction of new technologies, process improvements
· Ensuring our schedules are managed, delivered to cost and quality & complying with our governance framework
· Working with our stakeholders of all levels and skills, influencing and motivating
· Running solution workshops, intervention events or facility / infrastructure projects
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
· Be able to effectively use data to develop insightful management information
· Proven effective communication, able to challenge and ask questions
· Project delivery experience
· The ability to champion and drive change
· Proven operational / manufacturing experience & working knowledge of manufacturing systems (MMMME. SIPOC, SQCDP)
· Proven experience of running solution workshops, intervention events or facility / infrastructure projects
Desirable:
· Proven ability to work in a diverse environment, managing multiple projects, lone and team working skillset / experience

The Production Enablement team:
The Production Enablement team aims to set out a strategy that supports US Programmes and integrates into the wider Air business, wrapping a robust support integration team around the Manufacturing areas.
Our purpose is to assist in a number of key areas of analysing our processes & product flow. Finding and solutionising the bottlenecks & improvement needs. Deploying and transitioning the change, to enable a rate sustainable foundation we can then support in sustaining and improving for the future whilst underpinning with a level of governance and control.
