    Job description

    • JOB TITLE: Manager, Reputation Strategy & Campaigns - 12 Month Secondment
    • LOCATIONS: Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Halifax or Leeds
    • HOURS: Full Time
    • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. There will also be some travel required between each of these hubs and London.

Would you like to work in an award-winning Group Corporate Affairs function? We have an outstanding opportunity to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract to help improve our reputation.

Our purpose in Corporate Affairs is to secure Lloyds Banking Group's reputation as the bank that helps Britain prosper. The Reputation Strategy & Planning team leads on co-ordinating reputation strategies for the function and driving a proactive, insight-based approach to engaging our key audiences with our purpose.

As a manager in the team, you'll be responsible for the delivery of reputation strategies and creative campaigns designed to improve the Group's reputation.

This role specialises in supporting our sustainability communications and we'll need you to have experience of working in this area with strong technical knowledge.

We'd love you to have experience of delivering reputation strategies and examples of working across multiple audiences to get the right result. We need you to bring expertise across multiple channels and be able to engage with senior leaders across the organisation.

Each campaigning opportunity that you deliver will require a targeted, measurable campaign plan and the development and maintenance of message houses, playbooks, and branded collateral for key sustainability themes, making these freely available across the Group to anyone involved in engaging internal and external audiences.

As well as your expertise in reputation, you will also need to have a good understanding of all channels, especially their impact in reaching our audiences. We'd be especially keen to hear from you if you have outstanding written and oral communication skills, including the ability to embrace different writing styles.

The work you'll do also needs a highly developed visual sense, including the ability to shape and in some cases, direct creative services, including imagery, animation and video content, to develop impactful visual materials in line with brand guidelines.

    What we'll need from you

The key skills we're looking for are:

    • Experience of designing and embedding impactful communication strategies.
    • Strong technical knowledge of sustainability and its communications challenges and opportunities.
    • An understanding of how to measure and improve reputation.
    • Designing and activating integrated creative campaigns.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
