  • Project Monitoring & Control is at the core of successful delivery of projects and is a discipline that is in demand across multiple domains. In this role, you will be working with a single or across multiple projects in support of the project delivery team. The project monitoring and control role involves ensuring that a robust schedule is maintained and involves working closely with work owners across the project to draw together the latest information.
  • As a result of these varied interactions the role gains great visibility of all aspects across the project delivery. As well as maintaining the schedule, the role supports the analysis of resultant project progress and status data and feeding this into formal project reporting. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to effectively analyse data utilising Microsoft and bespoke software packages and tools.
  • Support with project reporting, project scheduling and updating of schedules.
  • Support with data capture and updates.
  • Supporting the production of regular project reporting.
  • Attend internal and customer meetings as appropriate.
  • Supporting more senior staff on a larger project.

    BAE Systems do offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however it is expected on our Graduate Programme you will be required to attend your site 3-4 days per week. Please note, this may be subject to change in line with the needs of the business. The hybrid working arrangements including which days you are required to work on site/remotely will be outlined by your line manager.

    Skills

    As a minimum requirement you'll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following – Degree relating to Project Management, Business or any other relevant degree.
