  • Facilitating production of Dependencies, Assumptions, Risks, Exclusions and Opportunities which will ultimately underpin contract negotiations with the MoD and the internal gate review process
  • Reacting to ad hoc tasks, applying structure and mobilising work streams until they become embedded as normal business
  • Management of problem-solving workshops and embedding enduring solutions into existing ways of working

    Salary: From £43,373 – depending on skills & experience

    What you'll be doing:

    • Improving the effectiveness and integration of a number of Programme Delivery Functions
    • Recognising security as a strategic enabler, you will effectively de-risk the delivery programme by early identification and mitigation of security risks whilst maintaining our security related obligations
    • Applying project control expertise in order to identify and pre-empt delivery issues, define their solutions and implement changes

    Your skills and experiences:

    • Hold or working towards a recognised project management qualification (e.g. APMQ or Prince2) or equivalent experience
    • Knowledge of Project Controls methodologies
    • Experience in facilitating Risk reviews and identifying Opportunities
    • Resource Management experience
    • Experience in facilitating problem-solving workshops across wider teams
