Responsibilities

  • We're looking for a Change Specialist to join us within the Victoria Project team within the Digital, Data and Transformation organisation in Vodafone Business UK. Project Victoria is a transformational programme where we are migrating all our mobile Business Customers from legacy billing platforms to the new CCS platform. You'll be responsible for managing the change across several Vodafone Business UK teams, ensuring that all impacts of the changes being delivered are assessed and understood, and readiness plans are created and implemented so that the change lands successfully. In addition to core change management activity, the role will take primary ownership of the Victoria Comms plan, along with the following:
  • Identify and engage impacted stakeholders across the Vodafone Business estate, whilst establishing an approach for ongoing management of these areas.
  • Carry out impact assessments to determine change and readiness requirements for these areas resulting from Victoria,
  • Plan and manage business readiness for the allocated business stakeholders, including resource/volume forecasting, supporting L&D with training needs analysis and requirements and training approach and planning. You'll also be required to carry out change readiness assessments and identification of change interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with service design and process specialists to ensure the documented journeys and associated work instructions meet the needs of stakeholder areas.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating for support where required.
  • Engage and update Business stakeholders in a timely manner, involving and consulting with appropriate key members when required and to enable key decisions.
  • You'll have the opportunity to own the wider Victoria comms plan, overseeing and implementing the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.

    Who you are



    • Proven change management or readiness experience within large projects and programmes, from impact assessment through to hyper care stages, end to end.

    • Experience of conducting change impact assessments, planning, and managing operational readiness activities.

    • Ability to organise and prioritise business demands, proactively planning with the bigger picture in mind and showcasing project management skills.

    • Demonstrable stakeholder management skills enabling cross-functional collaboration up to Senior level.

    • Excellent communication across the board and ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders.

    • Previous working experience of managing a project/programme comms plan, using various communication tools/channels.

    • Can be adaptable and showcases a growth mindset, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
