    JOB TITLE: Associate Director, Corporate Trade and Working Capital

    LOCATION: London

    HOURS: Full Time

    WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at our London office.

    About this opportunity

    We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Associate Director join our London based Corporate Trade and Working Capital (CTWC) team.

    We're a cross-sector product team providing our clients with working capital solutions across traditional trade, open account (including receivables, payables, invoice finance and asset backed lending), structured trade and commodity finance and asset finance.

    Your accountabilities will include:

    • Lead the owning and project management of flow and new issuance requirements (including transaction pricing) for clients.
    • Manage, implement and drive inbound opportunities across a portfolio of clients.
    • Ownership of credit processes (both renewals and new business) across all trade products.
    • Lead the engagement of trade operations, lending execution and internal / external legal for deals as required.
    • Manage deals from origination to mandated stage, and taking ownership of deals from execution phase through to completion.
    • Helping to identify companies where we can increase our market share.

    • Solid understanding of Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to work with financial models.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement proactive, practical, creative and innovative solutions combined with profitability assessment.
    • Previous corporate banking experience with a proven record delivering results.
    • Expert communicator with experience working collaboratively, successfully and influence key partners.
