EE's Technology Labs within TSDD provide our customers with the best Mobile Telecoms Network Test Facility in the UK, enabling development, testing and integration of world-class solutions, on the best in-class environments.
This is an opportunity for a highly energetic individual to drive innovation in Software Defined Network (SDN) related technologies for delivering production Network Function Virtualization (NFV) services within BT.
You will be responsible for supporting next generation NFV service delivery platform based on cutting edge NFV, SDN technologies, cloud virtualization technologies, and cloud computing technologies that are revolutionizing telecom industries.
You will also have strong background in driving good practice around process – specifically Fault, Change and Configuration Management.
You will have both the technical skills and proven experience to provide 1st and 2nd line support in one or more of the following areas.
You will be an excellent team player, comfortable collaborating with both local and remote team members. You will be customer focussed – setting high standards and driving good practice across the team. You will want to progress your own career – taking advantage of opportunities to evolve and expand both your own knowledge and capabilities and helping others around you.
