Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a SoHo (Small Office Home Office) - Business Direct Sales Advisor to join our New Logo team. You will have a focus on selling from our product portfolio and building long lasting relationships with new customers.
  • You will be able to differentiation from competitors through solution selling, driving revenue, margin, and volume through mobile and converged.
  • You will be driving NPS improvement through end-to-end customer experience.
  • You deliver commercially responsible decisions in every interaction ensuring the needs of the customer and Vodafone are met.
  • You will provide a high quality of service and ensure that all the work you are given is completed accurately.

Skills used at work

    Location: Stoke Contact Centre + *Hybrid
    Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
    Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri
