    Job title: Paint & Manufacturing Support Technician II

    Salary: Up to £37,450 depending on skills & experience

    What you'll be doing:

    • Paint & Surface Finishing of complex Radar, Avionics, Boats and Underwater products within the Maritime industry
    • Always understanding and maintaining compliance to business and external standards including ISO9001 and AS9100
    • Providing a supporting role to Assembly Technicians

    Your skills and experiences:

    • Ability to make judgements based on own knowledge and experience of similar situations
    • Using technical knowledge to Paint/repair/modify products
    • Can effectively analyse technical data to inform decisions
    • Must be able to identify paint and surface finishing queries and assist Engineering in resolution/clarification
    • Formal painting qualification/certifications and or experience

    The Paint & Manufacturing team:

    This role gives you the ability to switch between products, contracts and location of tasks as needed to meet company needs, you'll be in-charge of managing your own function and production whilst helping the other team members grow and develop.
