    Job Requirements:

    • Reporting into the Enabler Platform CIO, the Value Stream Technology Lead for Digital Enabler will look to combine existing technology to provide a frictionless experience for customers to service their account through digital self-serve.
    • The individual will be responsible for: developing a Technology strategy and roadmap for WPB Digital Platforms. Taking in to account key technology wide priorities e.g. maintaining and developing WPB Technology-wide micro-services hosting platform, service resiliency and management, cloud based technology solutions and the removal of legacy systems); sponsoring and driving the continued adoption and maturation of DevOps and agile principles.
    • The role will work in partnership with all Wealth and Personal Banking executive committees and will lead a Product function with responsibility for technology including delivery, controls, service, and strategy.
    • Working alongside a Business Outcome lead who will be jointly accountable for the delivery as well as full commercialization of capabilities, including performance management of Digital Security journeys and products across all channels.
    • Provide thought leadership for all resources across multiple geographies.
    • Global implementation and coordination of Wealth and Personal Banking Digital Enabler initiatives, working with global and regional and business / service lines leads / Technology functions leads to provide optimised global services.
    • Manage the efforts of global teams including all aspects of data processing design, development, acquisition, testing, conversion and production support.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Demonstrable past success in understanding and delivering towards customer growth in large, complex organizations.
    • Commercially viable and understands particularly wealth and high net worth customer products, services and underlying processes to fulfil.
    • Demonstrable success in delivering Technology development of new and existing solutions required to enable realization of OKRs in line with the Technology resilience standards.
    • Ability to lead and influence global teams.
    • Experience managing global platforms and responsible for delivering transformation projects in large organisations.
    • Experience leading and directing executive and non-executive work groups and effecting change through people.
    • Experience managing operational functions, directing process reengineering and efficiency exercises.
    • Strong ability to balance risks vs. rewards and maximizing the cost effectiveness and profitability for the business.
    • Strong people leadership, teamwork, gathering information and analysing, judgment and decision making, communication competencies.

    This role is based in London / Hybrid.
