    JOB TITLE: Financial Intermediaries - Relationship Director

    SALARY: Competitive package

    LOCATION(S): St Helier – Jersey

    HOURS: Full Time

    WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least

    two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

    Our Financial Intermediaries team in Jersey are looking for two Relationship Directors who will be responsible for leading key client relationships across Jersey to achieve our growth aspirations.

    As a Relationship Director there is a strong expectation to grow the portfolio both through deepening existing client relationships and through winning larger clients. Recent success in this space highlights a great opportunity for a driven leader to really make a difference in the local market and raise the Bank's profile in the business and professional community, in pursuit of being the Crown Dependencies' bank of choice.

    • Possess responsibility for achieving the ambitions set and hit key budgetary milestones
    • Oversee of the Crown Dependencies Financial Intermediaries client portfolio and growth ambitions
    • Run with large projects, initiatives and transactions providing expertise and knowledge of Group policies, procedures and structures to add-value
    • Lead business development, including pitching new services and implementing solutions
    • Collaborate with product partners to deepen client relationships and support the development of new products
    • Support the team with the day-to-day management, collaborating with business partners, credit, and risk
    • Challenge processes and find new ways of working to help craft a more efficient, client focussed team

    What you'll need

    Sector Specific Experience - Relevant qualifications in Trust and Corporate industry with evidenced sector specific experience in a senior capacity. Experience of managing client

    portfolios in excess of £1bn deposits. Multi-jurisdictional (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man & London) strategic client planning and delivery. Able to demonstrate a high level of skill and track record of achieving; New Clients, Cash, Established network of C Suite engagement across the specified client base. Awareness of the business, economic and market environments – specific to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man. Desire to network and promote the business capabilities and expertise

    Strategic Mindset - Strategic thought leadership through proactively proposing and supporting delivery of opportunities for the business to become more commercial and efficient, while playing a key role in delivering relevant strategic initiatives. Natural curiosity for external and internal factors that could influence our strategy. A desire to drive and deliver Lloyds Banking Group's key strategic objectives and commitments across the Crown Dependencies

    Risk & Regulatory Management and Control – Curiosity in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. Also have an understanding of the regulatory framework in which the business operates, specifically the application of concessions
