    Job description

    • JOB TITLE: End of Contract Supervisor
    • SALARY: £33982
    • LOCATION(S): Watford
    • HOURS: Full-time
    • WORKING PATTERN: For the first 6 months you will be in office for 5 days a week and then move to hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week at the Watford office site

    What you'll need

    • Encourage sharing and implementation of continual improvement by monitoring, prioritising and performing daily tasks to ensure agreed SLA's are met
    • Prioritise the successful management of a team, focussing on wellbeing of your people and motivate the team by setting creative incentives to achieve goals, especially during challenge times
    • Liaise and build strong and valuable relationships with a range of stakeholders e.g. customers, team Supervisors, Resolutions, team members, suppliers and partner organisations
    • Facilitate the collation of continual improvement ideas and implementing solutions to complaint resolution and try to resolve at First resolution
    • Monitoring and analysing the team's productivity with ideas and suggestions being raised to improve communications with internal/external customers via ‘phone and e-mail
    • Manages self with strong organisational and time management skills

    And any experience of these would be really useful

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Natural coach and passionate about developing others
    • Have high attention to detail
    • An understanding of the end of contract/remarketing process
