    Financial Health & Wellbeing Customer Agent

    Salary: £26,889

    Location: Home based

    Start Date: 24th June 2024

    Shift working: 5 days a week. Monday to Friday (7.5 hour shift between 8am - 8pm) and every other Saturday (9am - 5pm)

    We like to think of our Collections team as financial health champions. They're dedicated to supporting customers facing financial difficulties and using their knowledge to provide practical help and solutions. Our team is growing and we're now looking for even more champions to support our major UK banking client. So, if you already have 1 year+ experience in a similar role within a bank or financial services company, you love talking with people, and believe in providing a first-class customer experience, then you've probably already got what it takes to succeed here.

    Qualifications

    We'd love to hear from you if you have:

    • Experience in a similar financial support/financial assistance/collection & recoveries role - ideally within a bank or financial services company
    • A genuine passion for customer services and helping others - compassion and understanding towards customers in vulnerable situations, is a must in this role
    • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
    • Resilience and a strong work ethic - A role in operations is very fast paced and you'll need to be able to multi-task andwork well under pressure.
    • A willingness to learn - and use and navigate multiple IT programs and tools
