    We are currently looking to hire an Equity Research Analyst - Real Estate, in our highly regarded team.

    The role is responsible for analysing and interpreting economic developments and key trends in equity markets, specifically the UK Real Estate sector, and providing views for internal/external clients. This will involve conducting bespoke research and analysis, as well as participating in and creating of presentations, conferences, seminars and media coverage and the attending of expert events and corporate access.

    The role comprises responsibility for coverage of the UK Real Estate sector, including:

    - Build, develop and maintain comprehensive financial models

    - Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

    - Perform value-add analysis and interpret data on market and economic events to identify and describe trends

    - Prepare pre and post-results updates on your covered companies

    - Attend and report on corporate events, roadshows, company presentations and conferences

    - Manage client requests and take ownership of workflow

    Requirements

    - Considerable experience as an Equity Research within the UK Real Estate sector.

    - Proven experience of financial modelling or evaluating companies.

    - An excellent communicator, with strong verbal and written skills.

    - A team-player who enjoys knowledge sharing and collaborating with your colleagues.

    This role will be based in London.
