As an Oracle Cloud ERP SaaS Senior Manager, you will:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP SaaS implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Architect, design and deliver Oracle ERP cloud solutions for government and private organisations.
• Be accountable for the delivery of Oracle ERP cloud transformation programs.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on Oracle Cloud ERP SaaS implementation strategies and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare the cost model estimates to deliver the defined scope of services.
• Be able to relate the implications of solution changes on the project costing, commercials and delivery risk; use sound judgement and communication in the related decision-making.

Qualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Strong understanding of ERP principles and processes, with specific expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP SaaS modules.
• Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud architecture, roadmap and blueprinting.
• Experience designing and implementing Finance solutions incorporating Oracle and third-party solution components.
• Understand and translate client requirements into solution definitions, observing the experience of standard finance process best practices.
• Ability to effectively communicate the implications of complex technical concepts to senior, non-technical audiences.

Set yourself apart:

• Workstream team lead experience - leading, mentoring and developing people.
• One or more Oracle ERP Cloud Certifications
• Professional Qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CFA) is preferable
• Design Thinking concepts – able to brainstorm, problem-solve and present ideas using a variety of design thinking methods available
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
