    Full time, 3 days a week together in our Birmingham Hub (flexible 2 days remote wherever).

    As a BT Business Video Content Designer, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of video production – from conception to delivery. This includes idea generation, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production.

    You'll also be expected to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

    You'll have the following accountabilities:

    • Managing video projects from conception to completion
    • Planning and coordinating all aspects of video production, including pre-production, filming, and post-production as well as handling any disruptions to projects
    • Scripting and storyboarding video content
    • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
    • Presenting ideas to stakeholders and maintain relationships with them
    • Directing and overseeing video shoots, ensuring that all elements align with the project vision
    • Editing, grading and sounding edit complete videos
    • Creating simple animations when needed
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand video needs and requirements and presenting them with ideas for videos
    • Ensuring that all video content adheres to brand guidelines and messaging

    You'll have the following skills & experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience working as part of a production team
    • A degree in film, media, management, production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
    • Strong negotiation, planning, and budgeting skills
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
    • Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects)
    • Good knowledge of videography techniques, equipment, lighting, and sound
    • High attention to detail
    • Passionate, professional, and creative

    Additional Skills (Preferred):

    • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
    • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
    • Understanding of web design principles and user experience concepts
    • Experience with photography and search engine optimization (SEO)
