We're looking for a Skills Product Owner to join our People Platform at Lloyds Banking Group; a team that combines the best of customer-centricity, product obsession and agile delivery across our People Technology landscape.
From how you experience Lloyds as a candidate, to how you thrive through moments of learning, engagement and recognition with the business, our People Platform is focused on enhancing experiences across the end-to-end colleague lifecycle through the use of technology.
A pivotal role within the Platform, our Skills Product Owner is accountable for delivering the best colleague and organisational impact through technology-led change in service of our ambition to become a skills-based organization.
This role will focus on the capability arena, developing a deep understanding of our skills ambition and technology landscape, to form and deliver a prioritised backlog in partnership with their Feature Team and the capability centre of expertise. With the scale of our ambition in the skills space, the role will need to harness insights and innovation to support a truly differentiated colleague experience in this space.
We're on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we're shaping finance for good. We're focusing on the future, investing in our technologies, workplaces, and colleagues to make our Group a great place for everyone. Including you.
Our focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
We want our people to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity or culture.
We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer initiative.
And it's why we especially welcome applications from under-represented groups.
We're disability confident. So if you'd like reasonable adjustments to be made to our recruitment processes, just let us know.
