Responsibilities

  • Manage relevant frameworks, controls, and best practices within Digital & IT, ensuring key changes and information are appropriately cascaded through the Value Authorities.
  • Lead a high-performing Value & Execution team focused on the successful delivery of projects and programs within the accepted risk profile and to time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Accountable for controlling, assuring, and providing critical support services to a vast and diverse portfolio of projects and programs.
  • Ensure portfolios are delivered with quality via an appropriate assurance framework of standards and controls, identifying factors that may hinder the delivery of business value.

Location: Newbury OR London + *Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What You'll Do:

Who You Are:
- Proficiency in budgeting, resource optimization, risk management, financial reporting and strategic decision support continuous improvement for effective financial management.
- The ability to contextualize information, decisions, or actions within a specific environment. This means considering relevant factors such as culture, history, or industry trends, to make well-informed and appropriate decisions or recommendations.
- Exceptional reporting and analytical skills.
- Successful track record in operational or line management at a senior level.
- Proficient understanding and practical application of SAFe concepts and principles.
