    Essentials:

    • Extensive Product Management experience: Proven expertise in leading and owning the delivery of digital products, showcasing the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.
    • Experience with the Public sector: Demonstrable understanding of the challenges facing the public sector today, and experience delivering Products in the Public sector or Citizen-centric services.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and conveying complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
    • Comprehensive Agile delivery experience: Strong experience of the end-to-end cycle of software delivery, from service design to live platform operations.
    • Experience defining and managing product backlogs and roadmaps: Writing user stories and acceptance criteria ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
    • Adaptability and Innovation Mindset: A flexible approach and a passion for innovation, demonstrated by a commitment to driving continuous improvement in product offerings and adapting strategies to meet evolving market demands.
    • Client and User-Centric Approach: A strong user focus, with the ability to understand and anticipate user needs, ensuring the development of products that exceed client expectations and enhance the overall user journey.
    • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling the identification and resolution of challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Willing and eligible to apply and obtain UK security clearance to Security Check (SC) level, if not holding an existing clearance

    Desirable:

    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to define and align product roadmaps with market needs, staying informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the products.
    • Digital Transformation Knowledge: Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, with a commitment to contributing to the advancement of Deloitte Digital as an industry leader.
    • Experience working aligned to the Government Digital Service (GDS) Service Manual: Delivering products and services across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live
    • Growing Product: enthusiasm to support and grow our product community and offering, develop junior colleagues, and share knowledge within Deloitte and with our clients.
    • Tech Savvy: Comfort and familiarity with emerging technologies and digital tools
    • Accredited Product Manager certification: Hold a recognised product manager accreditation from a recognised body within the product management community.

    Our hybrid working policy

    You'll be based in London or Manchester with hybrid working. Our hybrid model enables our people to collaborate, connect and innovate in both a virtual and physical capacity.
