    You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of a number of critical and complex programs. You will lead the Technology delivery streams, own key relationships with senior business stakeholders and be responsible for informing department management on progress, performance and risks.

    In this role you will:

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

    • Great understanding of Microsoft ecosystem including Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Azure, Cognitive Services within financial services

    • Provide senior technical and overall leadership to the technology teams, maturing agile and DevOps practices

    • Strong focus on the resilience & scalability of the platform, pro-active monitoring to regular assessment of the performance and championing any improvements need across the technology landscape

    • Must be a technologist, who can lead engineers, mature ways of working and promote and agile culture.

    • Able to understand complex business strategies and translate into simple IT solutions

    This role is based in London.
