Requirements: A bachelor's degree in any subject from any university.

Location: Predominantly based at our Hatfield Headquarters but you could be on rotation in London, Welwyn Garden City or in our CFC's (Customer Fulfilment Centre)

Our Business Management Graduates could rotate across multiple business areas within Ocado, experiencing a variety of different roles and responsibilities - each working towards the overall mission of the company. These business areas include:

Ocado Solutions: Solutions is our customer facing, partner success function of the business. Teams within solutions not only create and sell new business, but they also play a pivotal role with our OSP Partners - acting as the interface with Technology on behalf of Ocado Group. They manage expectations of the OSP Roadmap and represent our partners in ensuring the platform addresses their needs and supports their business growth.

Ocado Technology: The Ocado Technology mission is to create and support Ocado's pioneering, automated technology platforms globally. To achieve this mission, It encompasses our OT Development (Product, Engineering & Data and Advanced Tech), OT Services (Engineering Productivity, InfoSec and Group IT) and OT Operations (Delivery, EngOps and Supply Chain).

Group Operations: Ocado Technology and Ocado Solutions are all supported by our Group Operations function. This function includes: Finance, People and Group General Counsel. Group Operations mission is to provide strategic direction, dedicated services, intelligence and governance to shape the Ocado Group as a whole; and enable each function to excel in what they do

Your responsibilities will vary depending on your placement but generally, in this programme, you will be working hands-on within the business, conducting practical project focused work to improve processes and generate new ideas. You will be involved in managing small to medium-sized projects in various business areas. Most importantly you will gain a holistic view of our multi-national FTSE 100 business to appreciate what makes us a leader in the fast-paced, dynamic technology world.
