Responsibilities

  • Support Programme Security activities and team. This will involve providing guidance to Internal and external stake holders.
  • Support the Security Lead with customer and VBSE security relationships as required within the Programme.
  • Support the Security Team with the Physical, Personal and Procedural security measures within the Programme.
  • The development and maintenance of policy documents relevant to the customers' requirements. The job holder will need to define how policies will apply and impact the customer. Will be required to lead related workshops with the customer and Programme team.
  • Delivery and support of Contractual security requirements; e.g. Security Aspect Letters (SAL), Risk Management and Accreditation Document Set (RMADS).

Team overview:


Vodafone Business Security Enhanced (VBSE) is dedicated to protecting, its employees and customers. In support of this it's essential that we provide a consistent approach to information security is across the whole of Vodafone Business.
VBSE collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels across Vodafone, Partners, and Customers. Working collaboratively to ensure the design, delivery, security, reliability, and availability of our services and align to local and Group wide policy.


Role purpose:


Support in the security design and delivery on a key account, you will act as part of the Security team, to assist in delivering our customers' Information and Cybersecurity requirements within VBSE.

You will also support technical security in developing key documentation and ensure that security is an enabler that supports VBSE and its customers.


The Programme Security Advisor will be one of the points of contact for security under the advisement of the Security Lead for this Key customer and will ensure the successful delivery of security services, as per the Master Service Agreement
VBSE provides security delivery and support to it customer from a technical, physical, process and people perspective. This job holder will lead on the elements allocated to them by the Security Lead. This will involve managing the lifecycle of required activities from end to end, including scoping of works, defining the technical assurance needed, identifying risks, managing third parties, making recommendations for action to the customer, as well as driving improvements


What you'll do

Who you are


• HMG SPF, Government Security Classification Policy (GSCP) MoD Standards and Policy publication knowledge.
• NIST and ISO2700 series awareness
• Knowledge of physical security requirements (StAMP, CMAT).
• CISSP/ISO27001 Internal Auditor or equivalent very useful and must have excellent ICT, Maths and English skills
• Ability to hold Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance.
