As a Warehouse Operative for Ocado Logistics, you are at the heart of preparing orders for customers. Pick a career packed with opportunities at our warehouse in Dordon, Tamworth. We've got many shift options available, including four 10-hour shifts, so you can enjoy three days off each week!

Core Roster Option: Plan your work-life balance with our core roster. Receive your work pattern 13 weeks in advance giving you bags of time to plan time with your family and friends.

Trade Roster Option: Receive your work pattern a week in advance and be rewarded for your flexibility. You could earn up to £100 extra per month and will be eligible for priority overtime.

You'll be working in a state-of-the-art warehouse preparing orders for customers.

Day-to-day your job is to load totes (crates) into frames and put them in our delivery vans for customers. We take pride in delivering excellent customer service, so you'll need a good level of fitness to move totes as they can weigh up to 18kg.

What do you get in return?

Base Salary: £11.62 up to £16.88

Starting rate - £11.62 per hour

Night shift premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus £2.00 per hour

Performance based incentives available when targets are met

Overtime paid at basic x 1.25

Trade Roster Premium (up to £100 additional per month) Terms to be explained during the recruitment process.
